So much happens on your wedding day, and my goal as a documentary wedding photographer is to capture all the essential moments, as well as everything in between. From the little looks, smiles, nods, and winks, to the hiccups, tears, and joy—each moment is photographed with honesty and integrity.

Weddings are all about love, and I strive to ensure that love shines through in your wedding photographs. I’ll tell the story of your wedding through the eyes of a guest, allowing you to see all the emotions of your day. Each image will be a reflection of the actual events, creating memories you’ll cherish for years to come.

While my specialty is Documentary Storytelling Wedding Photography, I also understand the importance of traditional, formal wedding photos. Many clients appreciate having a few classic mantle-piece photographs, which we can capture quickly and efficiently. However, it’s often the candid moments that reveal the true story of your day.

Since 2014, I have documented the stories of over 300 weddings, ranging from intimate sunrise ceremonies on Salt Spring Island to large, multi-day, multicultural celebrations. Each wedding is unique, and I am committed to giving 100% of my time to ensure your memories are beautifully curated and preserved forever.
